NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Treasurer of the Village of DERUYTER, Ardene Tiffany, has received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2017-2018 and will collect same at the Village Office, 1663 Cortland Street in said village, Monday 4:30-8:00 pm ; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from the hours of  4:30 p.m. until 6:30 pm, excluding holidays. Taxes will be received without fees until July 1, 2017. After July 1, a fee of five per centum will be charged and an additional one per centum per month thereafter.

No taxes will be collected after October 2, 2017 and the tax roll will be delivered to the Madison County Treasurer’s Office for collection.

 DeRuyter Village Residents-Only  ****UPDATE*** 9/21/2017 **** The gate to Smith Park (fairgrounds) will be open everyday starting September 23 to allow Village Residents to drop off leaves, brush, shrubs, limbs ( 6 inches or less in size) and any vegetation items.  The gate will remain open until November 20th.    

Smith Park (Fairgrounds) brush pile will be open the THIRD weekend during - April- October, Starting July 15, 2017

Items that can be dropped off are brush, shrubs, limbs, and any vegetation items. Any logs over 6 inches in diameter will not be accepted.

Please follow the signs and lets keep Smith Park looking great! Thank You Village Board.
