Effective February 2, 2012, section 103(e) of the open meetings law requires that
local governments make available supporting documentation used by the public body for discussion of proposed resolution, law,
rule, regulation, policy or any amendment thereto. While posting such documentation on our website would cause an added expense
to our tax payers, all documentation will be available upon request at the Town Offices during regular office hours of
the Town Clerk. Please note that a copy charge may apply.
