NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of DeRuyter will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday the 18th day of November, 2009 at
7:30 p.m. in the meeting room on the first floor of the former district office building at DeRuyter Central School, DeRuyter,
N.Y.
The Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons wishing to
offer support or objection in regard to the matters listed below. Applicants may appear in person, by agent,
or by attorney.
APPLICATION V-04-09: Request from Richard &
Paula Alter, 60 Lewis Rd., Binghamton, NY 13905 for an area variance from the town’s front and/or side yard setback
requirements in order to construct a single family dwelling on their property located at 278 Dogwood Lane, DeRuyter, NY 13052,
tax map #161.9-1-19, Town of DeRuyter.
Applicable regulations: Section
203, Land Use Schedules (Setback tables), and Section 411 Non-conformities in the Lake Watershed District.
Copies of the petitions are available for public inspection at the Town Office during regular business hours.
