OF DERUYTER PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOITCE that the Planning
Board of the Town of DeRuyter will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of Craig
Cook for approval of a Minor Subdivision to subdivide an existing parcel, owned by Craig Cook and Karl Cook, on the north
side of State Route 13 into 3 lots, being part of tax map # 206.-1-4.1. SAID
HEARING will be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th day of November, 2009 in the temporary Town Offices located at 711
Railroad Street, DeRuyter, NY, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
