Town Court is held on Monday night at 7:00PM.
The Court Room is located on the 1st floor in the Genevieve D. Staley Civic Center, 735 Utica Street in the Village of DeRuyter.

Please take note that Town Court will not be in session on

Monday, December 24th (Christmas Eve) or Monday, December 31st (New Years Eve).

 

 

 

New York Town and Village Courts have criminal jurisdiction over all misdemeanors, violations, and infractions together with arraignment and preliminary jurisdiction over felonies.
